you could interpret my title any way you wanted to , and it's applicable any way you do. I've been traveling the past week, a couple of destinations that I haven't been to properly in a long time.
I'm visiting my friend for the summer and decided even before arriving that I would have one long, great photo-op. Which I did! The weather here is beautiful, not too sunny or dark, amazing rain, and cool,crisp breezes that blow through your hair..which I reached after excruciatingly hot weather where I live..
Had to stop at one of the main metros in transit though, which I drove to before taking my flight to my final destination. Through a tunnel, which is where boredom struck.. and I took this: [link]
Basically been toting my poor camera around EVERYWHERE! and managed to drop it on the road once.. not even a scratch of damage,thankfully.
Went to a field in the outskirts of town, had some whiskey and pepsi, LOL..from which was born my dev " Through the whiskey glass"

I also found a cow in the SAME field that looked EXACTLY like the cow from the Atom Heart Mother album cover (Pink Floyd)..
Took a load of other photos, and the rain brought out some wildlife that I would not have been able to capture otherwise. Got a photo of this beautiful butterfly perched upside down on a leaf, will be posting soon..after a few basic edits, plus some more.

Usually I like to do nature shots, which I did, but I've also been taking a lot of candids lately as well.. All in all, an awesome trip for photos , and there's still the return trip to home.
Other than the photos, it was also a chance for me to do some introspection..learn a little bit more about myself..and BOY did I have one heck of a lesson! I learned how to control my mood swings a little bit better ( Bipolar, go fuck yourself! ) .. or at least I'm trying to.. I've learned about how to handle situations AND people better.
Little things like not losing my temper as quickly as I used to, valuing what I have a whole lot more. The value of friendship. The value of unromantic love.

And the value of feeling a chilled crisp wind in curls, while watching blue clouds flit past above you, like they're little children taking a walk..or even models sashaying down a colossal blue ramp. Playing that Great Gig in The Sky, which I got to watch
